Weekly News & Goals - 1/24/11
Thanks to everyone who made release day for Desert Heat fabulous last Friday. It was a fun day, and a great launch. Of course if you're one of the kind souls who bought it before Saturday, please request an updated version from Amazon, so you don't get the last three scenes of the first chapter twice. 
My next release will probably be The Biker's Wench, which I plan to have done, revised and edited by late summer/early fall. I've been considering revising & releasing something I was working on last year, and if that happens, I'll have news earlier. But we'll play it by ear for now.

Last week was sort of consumed by the book launch, more so than I thought it would be. That was pretty much my whole world, though I did keep up with my serials and I started the beta read for a friend. I've spent much of the weekend catching up, and I have high hopes for a productive week to come.

Loved your question about our goals for the week because my goals involve, reading, writing and 'rithmatic all three, yes indeed. I am reading some David Sedaris while waiting on the arrival of Desert Heat. I am working on my blog which is my personal body of work. I am writing my personal essays which contain enough poetic license that some editions could be considered fiction while the others are almost word for word the way things happened, who knows which are real and which are Memorex, only I do. Okay, the other players in the scenario do but the little dog isn't talking.
As for the 'rithmatic, it is BILL PAYING week. ARGH!!!! Let's see if we can make the outgoing match the incoming. Good trick if we can! LOL!!!! If not I have to get creative and develop an equation to make it all work out.

Good luck with your goals. You've plenty to go on with as I can see
My main goal will be continue brainstorming/outlining my new WIP. Reading of course, and hopefully start with exercising again.
